Expected behavior

All participants are expected to:
  • Be respectful and direct
  • Assume good faith while discussing technical disagreements
  • Keep criticism focused on ideas, code, and decisions
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation, and personal attacks

Unacceptable behavior

The following behaviors are not tolerated:
  • Harassment or abusive language
  • Discriminatory remarks
  • Deliberate intimidation
  • Repeated bad-faith disruption
  • Publishing private information without permission

Reporting

Report conduct issues to oss@sonicverse.eu. This inbox is maintained by the Sonicverse team. When reporting, include the following if available:
  • Links to relevant comments, commits, issues, or pull requests
  • Timestamps, timezone, and involved usernames or accounts
  • Screenshots, logs, or other supporting evidence
Reports are handled confidentially and shared only with maintainers who need the information to investigate and respond. You can expect acknowledgment within 72 hours on a best-effort basis. You can also report via direct message on the Sonicverse OSS Slack.

Enforcement

Project maintainers may remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, issues, and contributions that violate this policy. Maintainers may also temporarily or permanently restrict participation when necessary.
